Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (NP/PA) with a strong background in hormonal health, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), and related clinical procedures. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team in Florida as we expand our services in the field of hormonal health and integrative medicine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive functional medicine consultations with a focus on hormonal health and BHRT.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on functional medicine principles.
- Conduct virtual consultations with patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in functional medicine and hormonal health.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with active licensure in Florida and, preferably, in other additional states such as California or Massachusetts.
- Active DEA license in Florida, with preference for additional licensure in states like California or Massachusetts.
- Membership in the American Association of Physician Assistants or American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
- Certification in Functional Medicine from a licensed organization is required.
- Experience in hormonal health, BHRT, and related clinical procedures is desired.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with patients remotely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
