Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) or Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking, for immediate hire, a Family Physician (MD/DO) or Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about treating patients with a root cause, natural, and personalized approach. Our goal is to offer whole community exceptional care. We are seeking a provider to support our existing family practice serving the Amish and Mennonite communities in the Finger Lakes region of New York. Our management LLC is dedicated to supporting our providers so that they can focus on patient care. Our practice is one of the last independent practices in our area and remains unassociated with any health care system.

Requirements

• Compassionate individuals with the skillset to diagnose, treat, and manage patients with acute and chronic conditions offering both a conventional and functional medicine approach to care
• Functional Medicine education or willingness to obtain education
• Able to see children through adult
• Full practice authority in the state of New York
