Functional or Integrative Medicine Nurse Practitioner (Hybrid Schedule)

Achina Stein DO, Board certified psychiatrist, IFM certified, and co-owner of Functional Mind LLC in Providence, RI has opened a medical position to hire as soon as possible.

Functional Mind LLC was founded in 2016. Despite our niche of the mind and brain, we are a full service functional medicine practice with a multidisciplinary team approach. We have new patients calling daily. We are a growing group practice. We have a FMCA health coach for support between sessions. Will require both RI and MA license as our population is 50% RI and 50% MA.

This position requires one day a week in the office but can work other days remotely. This person’s practice will build as patients enroll. It may be half time to full time as desired. Functional Medicine Training or other similar training is required, IFMCP preferred or in progress. At least 2 years experience preferred but will provide mentoring if needed. Having IV therapy certification,  bio-identical hormone and/or peptide training experience is a plus. Please submit a cover letter along with your CV when applying.
