Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Hybrid Schedule

Our client is seeking a Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to meet the growing demand for integrative, functional, preventive and whole health medicine.

• Longer Patient Visits: Average of 10 patients/day; established patient base
• Work-Life Balance: Hybrid schedule, No Call, multiple locations to choose from for onsite work

• Competitive Compensation: Includes a comprehensive benefits package, salary $120,000 – $144,000 + Bonus potential

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Colorado license required
• 2+ years clinical experience
• Functional medicine training or education
• Telehealth experience preferred
