Registered Nurse (RN) – Functional Medicine Practice

We are a well established and rapidly growing functional medicine and midwifery hybrid practice in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, seeking a compassionate, clinically skilled, and forward-thinking Registered Nurse to join our team.

Our practice combines virtual functional medicine care with in- office adjunctive therapies in the state of Florida. This allows us to deliver comprehensive, root-cause care while maintaining a personalized, high-touch clinical experience. In addition to individualized functional medicine programs and complete midwifery care, our in-office adjunctive therapy modalities include photobiomodulation (PBM), hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), molecular hydrogen inhalation, sonix vibration device, Body Composition analysis, IV Therapy and regenerative therapy injection treatments. These are designed to support cellular health, metabolic optimization, hormone balance, longevity care, gut and immune health, mental health and whole-body restoration.

We are seeking nurses aligned with a functional/holistic philosophy of care and advanced phlebotomy skills.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

🩺 Clinical Care & Patient Support

– Perform comprehensive intake assessments, vitals, and symptom review
– Assist in implementing personalized functional medicine care plans including patient education on lab results, treatment protocols, and lifestyle recommendations
– Serve as a calm, knowledgeable clinical point of contact for patient questions

💉 IV & Advanced Therapy Administration

– Administer IV nutrient therapies and injections per protocol
– Monitor patients during and after infusions
– Ensure safe administration of regenerative therapies as directed
– Oversee patient safety and monitoring during hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) sessions
– Assist with photobiomodulation (PBM) therapy treatments
– Maintain emergency preparedness and adherence to safety standards

🧪 Lab & Diagnostic Coordination

– Coordinate specialty functional lab testing
– Review labs prior to provider appointments and flag abnormalities
– Assist with phlebotomy and specimen handling
– Track patient progress markers and follow-up testing

🖥 Hybrid Practice Support

– Assist with virtual patient visits (pre-visit prep, documentation support)
– Manage secure patient communications via EMR or patient portal
– Ensure continuity of care between virtual and in-office services

📋 Clinical Operations

– Maintain treatment room readiness and therapy equipment standards
– Ensure compliance with Florida nursing regulations and practice policies
– Support inventory management for IV supplies, supplements, and therapies
– Participate in clinical team meetings and care coordination

– Create a welcoming, calm, and professional clinical environment
– Support a concierge-level, high-touch patient experience
