Compensation: $175 – $225 per hour
About Us: The District Center for Integrative Medicine (DCIM) specializes in functional and integrative approaches, emphasizing holistic, individualized patient care. We prioritize the doctor-patient relationship, offering 90-minute initial appointments to ensure comprehensive evaluations. Our insurance-free practice allows physicians to focus solely on patient needs without the administrative burdens typical of large institutions.

Position Overview: We are seeking MDs or DOs passionate about functional and integrative medicine to join our growing team. Both experienced and junior physicians are welcome to apply.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certification in primary specialty (e.g., Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, OBGYN, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Emergency Medicine, Psychiatry); other specialties considered case-by-case
- Strong interest in functional and integrative medicine (formal training not required). Interest or experience in women’s health is a plus
- Clinical Experience:
- 1-2 years for candidates without integrative/functional medicine training
- No additional experience required beyond residency for candidates with integrative/functional medicine training
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care using integrative and functional medicine approaches
- Conduct thorough initial consultations (90 minutes) and follow-up appointments
- Collaborate with our team of physicians to exchange ideas and approaches
- Engage in ongoing learning and development in functional and integrative medicine
