Integrative Medical Physician (MD/DO, NP)

Introduction:
Brio-Medical is a leading Integrative Cancer Center passionately committed to offering comprehensive and personalized cancer care. We integrate conventional medicine with scientifically validated alternative treatments to work synergistically in combating cancer while supporting the overall well-being of our patients. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate MD, MDH, or DO with a specialization or strong interest in integrative cancer care to join our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive assessment and management of oncology patients using a combination of conventional and alternative treatments.
Develop individualized integrative treatment plans based on patient assessments, latest research, and clinical judgment.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including oncologists, nutritionists, naturopaths, and holistic health practitioners to optimize patient care.
Participate in ongoing research and clinical trials aimed at advancing integrative oncology care practices.
Engage in continuous education on advancements in both conventional and alternative cancer treatments.
Educate patients and their families on integrative medicine, treatment processes, and lifestyle changes that support health and wellness.

Participate in regular peer reviews, team meetings, and professional development sessions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and adherence to facility policies and medical protocols.

Qualifications:

MD, MDH, DO, NP from an accredited institution, with board certification or eligibility.
Licensed to practice in the state of Arizona.

Proven experience or strong interest in integrative and holistic medicine approaches. (Additional training is available for the right candidate)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of conveying compassion and empathy.
Strong analytical abilities and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
Preferred experience in oncology, internal medicine, family medicine, and/or palliative care.
Skills:

Proficient in managing oncology-related symptoms and providing supportive care.
Knowledgeable about nutritional and lifestyle interventions in cancer care.
Skilled in patient and family education and support.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team.
