As a team of providers, health coaches, and support staff, we take our patient members on a proven 6 month comprehensive wellness program journey to help them achieve amazing improvements in their digestive, hormonal, and immune health.
We have developed an online platform that delivers an easy to follow curriculum for all of our patients, and we run 1-on-1 and group online sessions to provide support and accountability.  This has helped us achieve a 98% success rate.

About This Position
The founders of our practice, Dr. J. Shah, MD, and CEO – S.J. Shah, MBA, are looking to bring on a Nurse Practitioner to support the next phase of growth – nationwide online telemedicine expansion.
We are looking for a full-time board-certified provider Nurse Practitioner who has a strong background in primary care medicine, and has a strong passion for Functional Medicine (Certification a huge plus) and has basic understanding of Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy.
As a full-time provider, you will generally have a relaxed six hours of patient care per day, five days per week. Low daily patient volume, no double booking, and no night calls.
You Are The Right Fit If You Can:
- Are you tech-savvy and feel comfortable seeing patients via telemedicine or in-person at the center.
- Work closely with a care team (including a team of Health Coaches) to help patients achieve their health and wellness goals.
- Oversee the Health Coaching Team (3), and Medical Assistant (1)
- Participate in patient care program development
- Assist in the resolution of patient inquiries and requests
- Complete EMR charts on a timely and accurate manner
- Work with the marketing team to create educational content to be used to promote the practice and your own brand.
- Communicate in a friendly and effective manner with all walks of life.
- Take immense pride in your work, stay detail oriented, and are passionate about improving your craft and skills.

- Think critically and proactively problem solve
Your Qualifications
- NP license
- Board certification in internal medicine, family medicine, or other primary care fields
- 2+ years of experience providing primary care
- 2+ years of clinical practice post-residency
- NY & CT license
- DEA license
- Functional Medicine Certification (a huge plus)
- Training and Experience in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (A huge plus)
- Understanding of IV therapy (A huge plus)
