The Wellness Practitioner – Registered Nurse plays a central role in delivering that individualized care. Working closely with the medical team, this position guides patients through the full continuum of their wellness journey – from initial assessment and comprehensive lab review to ongoing follow-up and treatment plan execution. The ideal candidate is both clinically grounded and deeply patient-focused, with the ability to manage complex cases while maintaining clear, supportive communication with each patient.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initial Patient Assessments (New Patients)
• Comprehensive Lab Review with Patients (e.g., Vibrant, Cell Science, SpectraCell)
• Follow-Up Lab Review with Patients (e.g., Labcorp)
• Laboratory Analysis & Personalized Treatment Plan Development in coordination with Medical Team
• Clinical Documentation (Charting)
• Patient Communication (Email Correspondence)
• Initial Calls with Prospective/New Patient Inquiries
• Supplement Plan Development (FullScript)
• Supplement Inventory Management
• Peptide Management (Ordering, Coordination, Patient Support)
• Follow-Up Calls / Patient Issue Management
• Case Review Meetings with Medical Team
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 + Bonus
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-term disability, and 401K
- Two weeks paid PTO
