About the Opportunity
This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys solving complex clinical puzzles, values meaningful patient relationships, and wants to continue developing their clinical expertise within a collaborative, mentorship-driven practice.

You’ll begin with a smaller patient panel while completing a structured onboarding process and gradually expand into a consistent part-time schedule of approximately 20–24 hours per week.

You’ll care for both new and returning patients, become a trusted extension of our clinical philosophy, and help deliver the exceptional experience our patients have come to expect.

This is a 100% telehealth position, allowing you to work remotely while remaining closely connected with our collaborative clinical team.

What You’ll Do
As part of our clinical team, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Medicine new patient consultations (90–120 minutes)
• Manage follow-up visits and ongoing patient care
• Develop personalized Functional Medicine treatment plans
• Order and interpret advanced Functional Medicine laboratory testing
• Respond to patient questions between visits via secure email messaging, providing ongoing support and continuity of care while maintaining healthy communication boundaries
• Collaborate with Dr. Pedre on complex patient cases during your onboarding period
• Gradually develop increasing clinical autonomy while practicing within the Pedre Integrative Health philosophy and methodology
• Document visits thoroughly using our cloud-based EMR
• Utilize AI tools responsibly to improve clinical efficiency, summarize medical records, assist with research, and prepare for patient visits while maintaining independent clinical judgment
• Participate in mentoring sessions, case reviews, and ongoing clinical education

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced Functional Medicine clinician who already has a strong clinical foundation while remaining humble, curious, and excited to continue learning.

Minimum Qualifications

• MD, DO, ND, or NP licensed in NY State
• Functional Medicine certification through IFM (preferred), A4M, or equivalent advanced Functional Medicine training
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical Functional Medicine experience
• Comfortable independently conducting comprehensive Functional Medicine evaluations
• Strong clinical reasoning and differential diagnosis skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable practicing via telemedicine

Compensation
We believe exceptional clinicians should be compensated for the full scope of their professional work—not simply face-to-face patient visits.
