Who You Are
You are a licensed ND, MD, or DO who is excellent at the consultation. Not the procedure, not the hands-on protocol — the conversation. You can take a complex set of lab results, translate what they mean for a specific patient’s brain and body, build a clear clinical picture, and help that patient understand exactly what the path forward looks like and why it is the right one for them.
You have worked with patients dealing with neurological decline, TBI, Parkinson’s, cognitive issues, or complex chronic illness. You know how to read advanced functional labs. You know how to explain findings in a way that creates clarity and confidence, not confusion and fear.
What you want right now is flexibility. You may be building a practice, winding one down, raising a family, or just done with the overhead and administration of running a full clinical operation. What you are not done with is practicing medicine at a high level. You want to do meaningful clinical work, on a schedule that actually fits your life, from wherever you are.
You are also motivated by production. You do not want to be paid a flat rate regardless of how well you perform. You want your compensation to reflect your clinical skill — and when you are excellent at walking a patient through a complex lab panel and helping them understand the path forward, that should mean you earn significantly more than a provider who is just going through the motions. That is exactly how this works. Four to five report of findings appointments per day, a commission on every program enrollment, and a realistic close rate means the top performers in this role earn well above what most providers make anywhere.
About bVital
bVital is a regenerative medicine and brain health clinic in Park City, Utah. We work with TBI survivors, Parkinson’s patients, and people navigating complex neurological conditions that conventional medicine has not resolved. Our Brain Regeneration Camp is an intensive, multi-week program that combines functional diagnostics, regenerative protocols, IV therapy, frequency-based medicine, and provider-guided care. Patients come in having already committed to their recovery. They are motivated, they have reviewed their labs, and they are ready to make decisions. Your job is to meet them at that moment and help them move forward with clarity and confidence.
The Role
This is a focused, virtual consultation role. You are not doing procedures. You are not managing inboxes or coordinating care. You are doing two things: report of findings appointments and structured virtual follow-ups.
Every appointment has a clear purpose, a defined structure, and a prepared patient. You show up, you deliver an excellent consultation, you document it, and you move on. That is the role. Before you work remotely, you will spend 2 to 3 weeks in Park City learning the clinical model from the inside — the protocols, the patient population, and how the team operates. That foundation is what makes the virtual appointments work.
Report of Findings Appointments
These are the first major clinical touchpoint after a patient’s advanced lab panel is complete. You will:
– Review the patient’s full functional and neurological lab results ahead of the appointment.
– Conduct a structured 45 to 60-minute virtual consultation walking through what the labs show, what it means for their specific presentation, and what the recommended protocol addresses.
– Present the program clearly and thoroughly as the clinical path forward —helping the patient understand the why behind the recommendation, what the program involves, and what outcomes it is designed to produce.
– Answer clinical questions with specificity and authority, and address concerns honestly.
– Document the appointment and hand off cleanly to the clinical coordination team.
Virtual Follow-Up Appointments (Months 1, 3, 5, and 7)
At structured intervals after program initiation, you will conduct virtual follow-ups to:
– Review updated labs or reassessment data where applicable.
– Assess patient progress against the treatment plan.
– Adjust supplement, nutraceutical, or medication protocols within your scope and bVital’s established
guidelines.
– Reinforce the clinical rationale for continued care and help patients stay connected to the outcomes they are working toward.
– Document findings and flag anything that requires escalation to the in-person clinical team.
Who Thrives Here
Must-haves:
– Active ND, MD, or DO license in good standing (Utah license required or ability to obtain; multi-state licensing a significant plus)
– Clinical experience with neurological conditions, TBI, cognitive decline, Parkinson’s, or complex chronic illness
– Comfortable reading and interpreting advanced functional labs: neuroinflammatory panels, organic acids, micronutrient deficiencies, heavy metals, gut-brain markers
– Excellent at the patient consultation: clear, confident, and able to translate complex findings into a plan the patient genuinely understands and trusts
– Reliable documentation habits — notes completed same day, every appointment
– DEA license or ability to obtain (if prescribing is part of scope in this arrangement)
Bonus points:
– IFM, A4M, or equivalent functional medicine certification
– Experience in a telehealth or virtual-first clinical model
– Background in brain health, neuroregeneration, or integrative neurology
– Familiarity with frequency-based medicine, photobiomodulation, or regenerative protocols — enough to speak to them credibly in patient conversations

This is not the right fit if…
– You prefer a salaried, predictable structure regardless of volume. This role pays on production — strong consultations mean strong income, slow months mean lower income.
– You are not comfortable conducting a full clinical consultation remotely. These appointments require the same depth and authority as an in-person visit.
– You need to own the full patient relationship end-to-end. This role is focused. The in-person clinical team owns what happens between your appointments.
How You’ll Be Measured:
1. Patient clarity and follow-through — do patients leave report of findings appointments
understanding the plan and moving forward with it?
2. Follow-up retention — are patients showing up for their 1, 3, 5, and 7-month appointments and
staying engaged in their protocol?
3. Documentation quality and timeliness — notes completed accurately, same day
4. Clinical accuracy — lab interpretation and protocol recommendations align with bVital’s established clinical standards
Compensation and Details
Compensation model: Base salary plus commission. This role is designed to be production-driven.
Your base is your floor — a guaranteed income while you build your patient volume. Your commission is tied to program enrollments: every patient who moves forward with the program after your report of findings appointment earns you a bonus. At four to five ROF appointments per day and a realistic close rate, your commission income alone will match or exceed what most providers earn in total compensation elsewhere. The providers who are excellent at this role do not think of it as a commission job — they think of it as the highest-paying clinical work they have ever done. Commission rate discussed in interview.
ND: $90,000–$100,000 base, depending on experience. Total annual compensation at expected performance: $190,000–$235,000.
MD/DO: $130,000–$145,000 base, depending on experience. Total annual compensation at expected performance: $230,000–$280,000.
Location: Fully remote after onboarding. You need a quiet, private space appropriate for clinical video consultations with reliable internet.
Schedule: Full time availability, Monday through Friday during standard US working hours.
Licensing: Utah license required (or obtainable). Multi-state licensing welcomed.
Onboarding: This role begins with 2 to 3 weeks in Park City, UT. You will train alongside the clinical team, learn the protocols, and get a firsthand understanding of what patients experience before and after your virtual touchpoints. Travel and housing support discussed during the offer process.
Ongoing: Once remote, you remain an active part of the provider team. That means attending regular provider meetings virtually, collaborating with the in-person clinical team on patient cases, and staying current on protocol updates. This is a remote role, not an independent one.
