Nurse Practitioner – Regenerative & Integrative Medicine
Location: Bonita Springs & Fort Myers, Florida | Type: Full-Time | Compensation: $99,840–$176,800/year, based on experience
About Us
Restore Regenerative Medicine is dedicated to true healthcare—not sick care. We help patients restore function, optimize health, and reclaim the vibrant life they planned for themselves through a collaborative, root-cause approach. Our practice combines chiropractic care, advanced regenerative therapies, SoftWave TRT, peptide protocols, bio-identical hormone replacement (including pellet therapy), sexual health medicine, medical weight loss, IV nutrition, and nutritional support in a team-based environment focused on the whole person.
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner who shares our passion for regenerative medicine, wellness, and collaborative care—and who wants to be an integral part of a mission-driven clinical team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a team-oriented Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about regenerative and integrative medicine and thrives in a collaborative clinic setting alongside chiropractic and regenerative providers. This position works under the supervision of a medical director while functioning as a valued clinical team member. The ideal candidate already has (or is highly motivated to deepen) hands-on injection skills and BHRT pellet experience, brings a strong foundation in nutrition and wellness, and approaches every patient with a true healthcare mindset rather than a conventional sick-care model.
You will work closely with our existing clinical team to deliver high-quality, personalized care that prioritizes the healthiest options for each patient.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop and manage treatment plans in accordance with medical director protocols, focused on root-cause resolution and long-term wellness.
Perform or assist with regenerative procedures and joint injections (as well as soft tissue and related therapies).
Provide BHRT services, including pellet therapy (preferred experience with EvexiPEL or similar systems).
Support peptide protocols, sexual health medicine, IV nutrition (including NAD+), medical weight loss, and other regenerative offerings.
Educate patients on nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness strategies that complement clinical care.
Collaborate with the medical director, chiropractic providers, other clinicians, medical assistants, and the broader team to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols and Florida compliance standards.
Contribute to a positive, team-first culture that prioritizes patient outcomes and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate
Licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP or AGNP preferred) with active Florida license (or ability to obtain promptly) and DEA.
Genuine passion for regenerative medicine, functional/integrative approaches, and true wellness care (not volume-driven sick care).
Strong preference for candidates who already have injection training/experience, including joint injections, and BHRT pellet training (EvexiPEL or equivalent highly valued).
Solid knowledge base in nutrition and lifestyle medicine; interest or experience in sexual health medicine is a plus.
Excellent team player who understands they are part of a collaborative clinical team working under a medical director and values open communication and shared decision-making.
Comfortable and enthusiastic about working in a clinic that integrates chiropractic care with advanced regenerative medicine.
Patient-centered communicator who educates and empowers rather than simply treats symptoms.
Self-motivated yet collaborative, with a growth mindset and desire to continuously expand clinical skills in regenerative therapies.
What We Offer
Opportunity to practice regenerative and wellness-focused medicine in a supportive, team-based environment under medical director supervision.
Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and skills.
Collaborative culture alongside experienced chiropractic and regenerative providers.
Ongoing clinical support and opportunities for professional growth in advanced therapies.
Work in two convenient Southwest Florida locations serving an affluent patient population that values high-quality, cash-pay, results-driven care.
How to Apply
If you are a Nurse Practitioner who loves regenerative medicine, believes in true healthcare over sick care, and wants to be a valued team player in a chiropractic + regenerative clinic, we would love to hear from you.
Please submit your resume/CV along with a brief cover note describing your experience with injections, BHRT/pellets, nutrition, and why our mission resonates with you.
