Lead Physician at Blum Center for Health

Blum Center for Health, a Functional Medicine and Lifestyle Education Center, located in Rye Brook, NY ( approximately 30 minutes north of Manhattan) is an established, nationally recognized clinic that has been providing clinical care and leadership in the Functional Medicine space for 15 years.  One of our physicians is returning to primary care, resulting in a coveted opening for another physician to join our team.  We are looking for a Lead Physician to establish their medical practice with us, and then to step into a leadership role.  The goal for the successful candidate in this position is to become Medical Director in the next 2-3 years.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be licensed in NY and CT, or able to obtain your license in NY and CT
Will need to Opt-out of Medicare
Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience in Functional Medicine within a cash-pay setting, with a strong focus solely on Functional Medicine, excluding those practicing FM in conjunction with other primary care responsibilities.
Proven experience with a variety of advanced therapeutics, including but not limited to infusions, ketamine, peptides, and ozone therapy, with a deep understanding of their clinical applications.
Coursework in FM required,  Certified or Certification eligible preferred

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

32 hours/4 days/week
Hybrid work from home telemedicine for 1 day/week, in the office 3 days.
Start date:  Spring 2025.
Salary: base $220 – $240 annually
The total compensation, commensurate with experience, will include a competitive base salary, performance-based bonuses, and the opportunity for equity participation, making the overall package particularly lucrative and rewarding for top-tier candidates.
