We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing practice in Austin, Texas — a highly desirable place to live. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a practice focused on bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, thyroid conditions (including hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s), longevity, preventative health and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care for a variety of functional medicine and aesthetic treatments, with a focus on bioidentical hormone therapy, thyroid management, women’s health and preventative health.
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor outcomes.

Marketing and Community Outreach
Lead community engagement efforts to grow the practice, including workshops, events, and collaborations.
Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) with engaging and educational content.
Collaborate on email newsletters, promotional campaigns, and SEO strategies to increase patient engagement.

Practice Growth & Development
Contribute to expanding the practice by building strong patient relationships and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Partner with the team on innovative ways to enhance practice visibility and patient retention.

Qualifications
Active NP or PA licensure in Texas.
3+ years of experience in functional medicine, medical aesthetics, or related fields preferred.
Passion for bioidentical hormone therapy, thyroid care, longevity, and preventive health.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proven ability to connect with patients and inspire a team.
Marketing and social media experience is a plus.
