Functional Medicine Physician (MD/DO)
The Center for Fully Functional Health is seeking an MD or DO to join our state-of-the-art Functional & Integrative Medicine practice and MedSpa in Carmel, Indiana.
Position Details:
- Fantastic work-life balance and opportunity for long-term financial stability
- On site Monday through Thursday, 7:30AM to 5PM
- No on call or weekends
- Patient volume averages 32 to 36 patients per week
- Patient population includes adults with acute and chronic health conditions, BHRT, SLIT, and peptides
Qualifications:
- MD or DO and Indiana certification and licensure
- Knowledge of functional medicine and a passion for an integrative approach
- Superior attention to detail and communication
- A positive, problem-solving attitude and strong critical thinking skills
Compensation:
- $300k+ total compensation package
- $150k to $175k base salary, plus performance-based bonuses, vesting/profit sharing, and benefits

Training includes extensive shadowing and support with protocols and customized wellness plans, as well as ongoing clinical consulting as needed.
