Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are recruiting a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a desire to work in Age Management and Longevity Medicine. Requirements:

• 3+ years clinical experience
• Certification in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy from an established certification program preferred
• Experience providing hormone optimization care a plus
• Experience with medical weight loss a plus
