Integrative, Functional Medicine Provider MD/DO/PA/NP at Kaufman Health and Hormone Center

Kaufman Health and Hormone Center, an integrative, functional medicine practice, located in Louisville, Colorado (just outside of Boulder, Colorado and 25 minutes from downtown Denver, Colorado) is looking for a  Physician (DO, MD), Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join as a practitioner.

Looking for a clinician to join the team who is passionate about integrative, functional medicine and is almost completed or has  completed functional medicine fellowship

REQUIREMENTS:

• Integrative, Functional Medicine Training: A4M or IFM certification desired
• Prescribing Capability
• Clinical Experience: desirable to have experience in some kind of private practice, caring for patients but the emphasis and priority is placed on educations v. clinical experience
• Current DEA license
• Medical License in Colorado: can be obtained

DETAILS:

• Can be part time or full time M-Th patient contact with administrative duties on Fridays not in office
• Start Date: June 2025 ideally
• Hybrid Tele-Medicine for some appointments but in-office for majority
• Guaranteed salary for year 1
