We provide personalized, evidence-informed care that integrates functional medicine, lifestyle medicine, and conventional medical care when appropriate.

Our patients range from those seeking a more comprehensive evaluation of common concerns to those with more complex health conditions.

Common conditions include:

• Hormone imbalance, perimenopause & menopause
• Thyroid disorders (including Hashimoto’s)
• GI health (SIBO, dysbiosis, food sensitivities, Candida)
• Fatigue & metabolic health
• Weight management
• Autoimmune conditions

• Bio-toxin Illness: Mold, GI, Viral/Long COVID, Tick Born
• Detoxification support
• Cognitive health & prevention

Collaborative Team
You’ll work alongside an interdisciplinary team that includes:

Functional Medicine Provider

Integrative Physical Therapist specializing in:

• Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation
• Functional Manual Therapy
• Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM)
• HeartMath®
• Visceral Manipulation

Nutritionist & Health Coach

IV Therapy Suite offering nutrient infusions and medical ozone therapy

We value collaboration, regularly discuss cases, learn from one another, and believe the best patient care comes from working together.

Position Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive new patient and follow-up visits
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret conventional and functional laboratory testing
• Order imaging studies when appropriate
• Prescribe medications, hormone therapy, and nutraceuticals
• Recommend evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle interventions
• Coordinate care with specialists and provide referrals as needed
• Collaborate with fellow providers on patient care
• Complete timely documentation in Charm Health EMR (optional AI scribing available)
• Communicate professionally with patients and team members
• Continue growing through ongoing learning and collaboration

Qualifications

Required

• Active Colorado NP, PA, MD, or DO license
• DEA registration and prescriptive authority
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-informed care
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Functional Medicine training and/or experience.
