INTEGRATIVE TELEHEALTH ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Work from home)
Full-Time Position
Are you a reliable, experienced medical administrative professional with a passion for integrative medicine? We are expanding and seeking a telemedicine comfortable administrative assistant to support our innovative, fast-growing practice.
About the Role:
You will work from home as our experienced clinical manager with, our medical team, providing administrative and clinical patient support through Charm Health EMR, QuickBooks (invoicing / billing), phone and email. This is an ideal role for someone who is a mature, detail-oriented person and well-versed in modern medical terminology and integrative medical therapies.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years in a clinical or medical admin setting
- Tech Skills: Proficient with Electronic Prescription, Charm Health EMR and QuickBooks software
- Knowledge: Familiarity with integrative medicine, peptides, ketamine, microbiome, and bioidentical hormones
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, excellent grammar and vocabulary, attention to detail, and self-motivation
- Administrative Office Experience
- Experience as a Medical Assistant (Strongly considered but not necessary)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Chart preparation, EMR documentation, Patient communication and SOAP notes for multiple providers
- Deliver top-tier support through phone, EMR portal and email
- Nutritional Supplement Guidance and patient assistance with account set up and ordering through “Fullscripts”, online
- Assist with invoicing, scheduling, patient communication, and clinical coordination
- Chart Auditing (Make sure that all notes are completed and orders carried out).
