We are recruiting Integrative Medicine Physicians for two thriving clinical sites in San Francisco and Santa Rosa. Both clinics offer mission-driven, multidisciplinary environments where physicians can guide patients through personalized healing journeys supported by robust, collaborative teams.

• 1 Integrative Medicine Physician
• 1 Nurse Practitioner

• Psychotherapist
• 2 Massage Therapists

Position Details (Both Locations):

• Outpatient practice with no call or inpatient responsibilities
• Provide integrative consultations for patients referred by Sutter colleagues and community providers
• Develop personalized care plans combining conventional and complementary therapies
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
• Participate in community education, workshops, wellness initiatives, and (San Francisco) employee-care programs

Qualifications:

Required:

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of an accredited residency (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or relevant specialty)

Preferred:

• Fellowship training or certification in Integrative Medicine, Functional Medicine (IFM), or similar
• Experience integrating complementary modalities such as acupuncture, nutrition, herbal medicine, mind-body practices, mindfulness, or yoga therapy
• Board Certification in Integrative Medicine (ABOIM) or fellowship completion strongly preferred
• Genuine commitment to whole-person healing and multidisciplinary teamwork
