We currently have three Medical Doctors, three Nurse Practitioners, and one Registered Dietitian, with the expectation of doubling this office in the near future and expanding to additional locations.

Job Facts and Requirements:

• Part time / Full Time
• Longer patient appointments
• 100% outpatient
• Interdisciplinary/collaborative practice
• Massachusetts license and DEA will be required
• Able and willing to do some Primary Care
